The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the station. It was very clean, you can take pyjamas and toiletries from the reception area. The room, although small (but we knew this from the pictures), it was cozy and there was enough space for putting our luggage in the room (2 big and 2 small trollers). The breakfast option was also really convenient, 700 yen per person per night. It's basically the same food choices everyday, but it is good value for the money. You can also wash and dry your clothes for a small fee: 200 yen for 30 min wash/dry. Bonus: nice view from our room at the 11th floor.

Had a fantastic stay here. The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and basically brand new. They were quite compact which was no issue for me but keep that in mind if staying for a long period or with companions. There was a cheap optional breakfast and 24/7 laundry facilities which came in handy. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Shin Osaka station which made it very easy to get around Osaka.

Walking distance from Shin-Osaka Station (Shinkansen), and just a few stations from Umeda riding the Shin-Midosuji Line that connects you to any place in Osaka. The station is nearby. The price for a single room was reasonable. According to the current trend, you pick the toiletry you need at the entrance. Plenty instant coffee sachets and black tea bags are available at the lobby, so that you can take a few to your room. Sleeping wear is also provided (but didn't try). Breakfast is also offered.

Rooms were spotless, and staff friendly. The rooms are small but its the same as most hotels we've been to in cities in japan and they had space for our two large suitcases so it was fine. Right next to the station which was great for travelling to from the airport and to leave. Great value if you just need a clean and comfy spot to sleep.

Very close to Shinkansen - 10min walk. Great for an overnight stay near Shin-Osaka but also easy access to main attractions only 15min by train. Business hotel that feels new, clean and fresh. Rooms are spacious enough by Japan standards. Free body lotions etc and coffee & drinks in lobby. Cheap 700Y breakfast on offer too.

The staff were very nice and helpful in helping me mail my luggage to my next hotel. The room was clean and had everything I needed. It was a little small but that’s because I like spacious places and had a lot of luggage. But it was a great place overall I would 100% stay here again and it was right by the train station
